Who we are
At A Time to Dance, we offer classes in a variety of expressive styles, from ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and worship dance. Every class is prayerfully designed to inspire confidence, discipline, and a deeper connection to Christ.
Here, dance is more than performance — it's ministry. Through our classes, recital, and community performances, we aim to reflect God's glory and share His love through the art of movement.
Instructor Jana Van Wetzinga continues the legacy begun by Gigi Plagge Bohach in the Eldridge, Iowa community 43 years ago of praising His name in the dance!
Jana puts more than 30-years of dance experience, along with a degree in Education to work at A Time to Dance. Jana is passionate about nurturing not just technical skill, but also confidence, creativity, and character in every dancer. With a heart for the community and a commitment to the legacy of faith, Jana seeks to create a welcoming environment where students of all ages and ability levels can grow in their love for dance and glorify God through movement.
